IIS4 --> Common Name??

Hello All;
I am fixing to download a 30 day trial SSL From:
www.instantssl.com And in this following information
It ask for the "Common Name" While [Creating a New Key]
Can this Common Name be:
[Host Header Name: ie security.carrz-fox-fire.com]
Or do I have to use the "carrz-fox-fire.com" (or) get another Domain Name
For the Security Web Page?

Please help on this, as I am in the middle of making the "key" now.
And would like to test this key out soon.
