True that you cannot change this from the server, but if this is an intranet
[which it is] and you control the computers connecting to it, I believe you
could change the Internet Explorer zone settings on the workstations to add
the IP address to the Intranet zone. This could be done using the MS IEAK
or possibly Group Policy or possibly a .REG file.
