This occurs on first request to the Web server. So users
that first have been validated have no issues. Only users
creating new connections.
We are using only ASP.NET pages. Note that all security is
set on NTFS level. The web.config file is set to allow
all 'Domain Users' on the trusted domain.
Symptom is that Logon Dialog box is displayed, but after
user enters domain, username and password it still is not
accepted.
