IIS 5.0 ftp and transfer resumes

Hi! At one time, I could use CuteFtp to connect to my computer from
work and hit my ftp to send stuff back and forth, and could resume
broken downloads. Now all of a sudden resumes no longer work. Is it
the server or client end? Nothing has changed, it just stopped
working. Any ideas?

I'm running W2K pro, SP3, and IIS 5.0.
