I'm running a web server on Windows 2000 Server and
recently i've been getting these add windows that pop up
on my server, even if I'm not surfing the web.

It appears as if an unethical party has gotten ahold of my
ip, or installed a malignant program on my machine.

The box says generically 'messenger service' at top and
invariably features an inane ad.

Does anyone know how to stop this/has anyone else had the
same problem?
