And now, with my Webmail virtual server I have the same
problem.
After a reboot the webmail loses SSL port too.
I must do the same than below.

-------------

After a reboot the NON-default web site loses its SSL port
number. This took
hours to identify. After rebooting the server no secure
connections were
possible to non-default webs. Finally found that the SSL
port in the site
properties was blank! Reset it to 443 and everything was
fine.
Rebooted the server three days later and exactly the same
thing happened
again. It does not lose the SSL port for the default web
site, but
non-default web sites end up with a blank SSL port after
reboot which blocks
all conectivity until it is reset
