So, just to confirm, you are now not seeing anything being blocked in your
urlscan.log file?
As long as you have local administrator permissions on the web server, you
can enable auditing and view the security event log. If not, I would want
to get with the network administrators and ask them to enable or check the
logs. This is good for security, so I can't see how they should object.
