I have applied SP3 on my Win2k (IIS installed) server. Is
it worth applying the patch MS02-062 as well? If so, what
is the correct sequence of installing MS06-062 and SP3?
BTW, is there any tool provided by Microsoft or third
party (freeware, shareware or commercial ware) that
monitors the availability of my Web site, the status of
IIS, generate SMTP e-mail alert, etc?
