Hey all,
It might sound dumb, but that's what I've got to do..
I'm on a domain and I have files with ntfs permissions that includes users
and global groups from the active directory.
I need the IIS to check if the user has access on the file he requests, and
if he has redirect him to the file and if not, redirect him to "unautorized"
or a page like that.
I thought about doing this with an ASP file that functions as a gateway so I
would be able to do something like "/Security.asp?Filename="bla.doc"" but
it's too complicated 'coz I need to search the active directory and I have
nested groups so this proccess takes a long time + I'm relying on the domain
and the domain policy which I don't control.

Any suggestions guys? I really need your help.. mabye an asp component that
checks it?

Thanks in advance,
