iis lockdown disabled shtml, remapped still not working

I ran the lockdown and it disabled shtml

I remapped the shtml. the ssinc.dll but it still does not work

I did a test creating a new type called .test(with test mapped to
ssinc.dll) and that worked fine.

So something else is stopping the name shtml from working can anyone
help?
