Sander,
    What version of IIS are you running? The server on which you experience
the problem, is URL Scan or the IIS LockDown tool installed/configured. It
may be that .NETFramework files (such as those used by your .NET
application) need to be explicitly allowed. If by some chance you are
running a Windows .Net 2003 RC1 server, then you'll definitely need to
explicitly allow those extensions associated with the .NET framework.
