1. You havet to add the Web Server Certificate on the site level, when you
go there the first time you create a request which you then send to a CA
from where you'll receive a .cer file which is added to server by reentering
the Certificate Wizard at the Site Level.

2. GO to IISadmin and from there you choose Secure...
