i have a web site that is on IIS
http://cart.iserve.com no problem

but when i try to access the https://cart.iserve.com
it gives me a win logon screen which i dont want (i do
have anymous checked, then i click ok with the info blank
and it takes me to a underconstruction page which is also
wrong

any ideas or help would be cool
