Hello,
I have a WinXP computer behind a Linksys 4 port DSL/Cable
Router on a cable modem. A few months ago I had IIS
running and had a web server and ftp server running from
the computer. Recently, I had to image the computer and
now, for some reason, I can't the web or ftp to work. I
thought it might be the router, but when I plugged
directly into the modem, outside computers still can't
connect. All computers on the LAN can connect to both the
web and ftp using the WAN Ip, but outside connections
cannot connect.
I have port 21 and 80 forwarded on the router and WAN
connections is Enabled. I don't have WinXp Firewall
enabled. I think there is something else that is blocking
outside connections. Does anyone have any ideas what
might be causing me problems?
Thanks
Eric Kraus
