IIS6 has something like URLScan already built in, though I'm not sure IIS6
uses the URLScan utility or something different. However, if it is URLScan,
you would look at the URLSCAN.LOG file, edit the URLSCAN.INI file, and then
restart IIS for the changes to take effect. These files would probably be
in the windows\system32\inetsrv\urlscan\ folder.
If it's not URLScan, I would search through the GUI and the
windows\system32\inetsrv\ folder and check the Windows documentation [e.g.
help, or www.microsoft.com/support ]
