Webroot permissions

Hi, at the moment we are running a OWA server for users to
get their emails, I read an article that you should
restrict the permissions to the Webroot folder, if so what
should they be? I noticed that the everyone group is on
it and not good for security, but I do wan to change
permissions and create problems.....hope you can advise.
