stand alona CA client certificate

Here is my problem. If I access web page using
https://servername/certsrv I'm able to request certificate
and then I see it in pending list. If I access it with
https://www.mysitename.com/certsrv I'm able to make
request but then I do not see it in my pending list, I got
something like "You have no pending certificate requests".
In both cases if I go to CA I see requests in pending
list. So first part worked in both cases but in second I'm
not able to see my request at all. HELP ME!!!
