HTTP 401.1 - Unauthorized: Logon Failed

I am receiving this message from clients HTTP 401.1 - Unauthorized: Logon
Failed. I have Win2000Server, IIS 4.0 and I have check all the rights for
the IUSR and IWAM... What can I do? Where can I get information (more than
MS)?
