Hi,
I need to protect a site with password.
So I changed the "AUTHENTICATION METHOD": Anonymous Access is unchecked.
I know I have to add to the Directory's ACL the User that I want to
allow access.
The problem is that Frontpage Extensions 2002 add to the Web Root
Dyrectory's ACL the "INTERACTIVE USER", so every user that can "LOGON
LOCALLY" can access the site, and I cannot uninstall Frontpage Extensions.
But I want only one User to enter the protected page or Directory.
The only way to prevent this is Remove INTERACTIVE USER from Directory's
ACL? Or is there anything else I can do?
Is there a way to prevent Frontpage Extensions from adding "Interactive
USER"??
Thanks.
