Can I use any ASP/COM+ with IISADMIN?

Purpose:
Allow a user to change his NT password using IISADMIN and
in the case he forgot his password, the ability to use a
Question/Answer mecanism.

I develop a COM+ Active-X dll to query the database to get
the Questions and Answers but I can call it using IISADMIN?

Can I redirect IISADMIN to my own virutal directory?
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
