I'm not sure there's enough information here on what you're doing. The
error message you posted is pretty generic, the important part of the error
is further down at the bottom of the page.
However, the sites www.iisfaq.com/ssl and www.iisfaq.com and possibly
www.iisanswers.com have more information on certificate
