w2k server will probably suffice. it has been around long enough to have
most security issues addressed AND you can set the licensing to work by # of
simultaneous users. So you can have 1000 user accounts, but the server will
only allow 10 at one time.
If you use w2k, set the security on the folder; many people think the IIS
plug in does security for them but it does not, despite references to things
like site administrators.
