...and further down the page, right at the bottom, does it say:

Cannot find server or DNS Error
Internet Explorer
(also, it case it doesn't, have your turned off "friendly errors" in IE?
Tools | Internet Options | Advanced | uncheck "Show Friendly HTTP Errors" -
we need to work out whether the browser can't even find the server, or the
browser can find the server, but can't display the page because there is a
problem with the page).
