SSL Problem! weird - URGENT !

Hi there,
guys plz help me , i have a problem regarding the SSL and
i contacted so many people to help me but so far it didnt
work out...
my problem is that i have a website running under
windows2000 IIS5 , i have only one domain name with no
host headers, i purchased a SSL certificate from verisign
and i just followed their instructions as is, note that i
have an ISA2000 server (internal firewall) with SSL port
opened (443) and PIX firewall(external firewall) also with
ssl port opened but the problem is when i try to access my
website internally (https://) or externally
https://www.mysite.com wont work and display the
message "Cannot display the page" at mean time when ever i
write http://www.mysite.com it work fine and the content
displayed correcty...
please help me out in this as am disperate with it...
