Yes. Other tools that are sometimes part of an intrusion detection solution
include:
* Blackice www.iss.net [sold as IDS / firewall]
* Sygate www.sygate.com [sold as a firewall]
* Snort [free IDS for host or network, though commercial support is
available if you wish]
* Your firewall and/or your firewall's logs [you do have a firewall, right?]
* IISlockdown including URLscan, free from from www.microsoft.com/download
[URLscan is not a good thing to go without, IMHO]
* a file change checker such as the free www.gfi.com Languard File Integrity
Checker [hidden under the Languard White Paper link]
* an antivirus scanner and/or trojan scanner
* a Windows event log monitor
* www.mynetwatchman.com free software
