This error occurs because as far as your browser is concerned, the CA that
issued the server certificate is not trusted. Try manually installing the
root CA certificate into the Trusted Root Certification Authorities tab by
doing the following:

Internet Explorer - Tools - Internet Options - Content - Certificates -
Trusted Root Certification Authorities - Import

Manually put it in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store, then
try your connection again.
