Secure my IIS

I am new at this, I want to secure my iis as much as
possible. I have a web server with my companies web site
that is connected to a sql server. I have a router that
is doing a NAT . I only have port 80 open. What can I do
so i can be confident that my iis is secure? Any
recomendations are welcomed.
