If your client is getting the dialog box to select a client certificate but
there is no certificate in the list, it's probably because of two reasons:
1. You don't have the root CA certificate in the list of Trusted Root
Certification Authorities in their browser settings.
2. The client certificate is not in the correct certificate store.
