IIS 5.0 Update-Upgrade

Hi,
I have Win 2000 Pro installed from a CD released in 1999.
I have updated it through Windows Update to current.
Today, i've just installed IIS 5.0. Should I install all
patches and tools from Windows download for IIS (if so
which ones) or was it taken care of through Windows
Update?
