Hi! It seems the problem is that the file XENROLL.DLL wasn't updated as
pointed in the pages in CertSrv (look at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q323172).

The file xenroll.dll in C:\WINNT\System32\CertSrv\CertControl\x86 is version
5.131.2510.0 and the used in the web pages (get the reference from
certdat.inc) is 5.131.3659.0

I changed the file and now is working in Windows XP SP1, but Windows 9x
can't register the new library. It seems Windows 9x compatibility has been
broken. Well done Microsoft!

If anybody get more information, please e-mail me because I don't read the
forums (I'm using Google).
