IIS SMTP

On the General tab of the SMTP Server, I click the check
box off for "Limit number of connections to..." click ok
and lose the Properties dialog. When I open the properties
again the box is checked and won't accept the changes.
Seems I can't change this property, is there a reason why
this seems to be locked?
