Michael, thanks for the reply. It's been awhile since i have checked
my nntp client. Sorry for the late responce. But I finally figured
it out.
For some reason, "Access this computer from the network" permissions
wasn't set. I just don't understand what happend. I haven't touches
this server in a long time. Anyways, I added "Everyone" into this
selection in the Local Policy and it seems to work perfect.
The errors I was getting was the 401.1. After hitting OK about 3
times, saying your password is incorrect. Even with Administrator
password! So I was freaking out hahahha
But the way I found this fix is the link you post second

Do you happen to know how this would have happend?
