ok yet another update. It seems that only users or groups in the local
admin group for the web server can successfully authenticate and get
to the secure folder. Anyone have a clue as to why being in the local
admin group would work? Obviously I can't make everyone members of the
local admin group of the web server so what am I missing (aside from a
clue)?
