Yeah, it sounds like your firewall might be blocking port 443. If you can
get to https://InternalIP, that means the IIS machine is listening on port
443, but requests going to https://www.mysite.org are resolving to the
external IP which doesn't work. Check and see if your firewall is blocking
port 443.
