I am running W2K O/S and Frontpage 2002 with 2002
extensions. I generated a SSL certificate, used verisign
to get a 14 day free trial.
I got the cert installed on IE V6.0 okay, but am having
problems with IIS. In MMC all subwebs are inheriting the
primary web settings. I really want a subweb to be SSL but
to not require a login.
When I click on Directory Security for the host site, it
won't install the .cer file, as I can find a response
file. Yet as you see it is attached and said it installed
on my system. How can I point to it so SSL works?
Do I need to have an SSL port open for each web and how do
I turn them on?
Any help would be appreciated.
