   I had installed SSL Certificate under one of the Web
sites on IIS 4. I have a custom component running under
RDS. I had configured the MSADC to require Secure Chanel.
Once I did that the https protocol started to work to
invoke my component. However, http also allows to do so,
which I would think it should not. Any ideas or help is
appreciated. Alex
