Set-up of OWA and SSL

Hi, I have set-up OWA 5.5 (SP4) on a separate server
(win2k IIS 5.0), I have installed IISlockdown, all
security updates, SP3 etc, the SSL patch has been
installed, but I have know idea how to set it up! What is
it?....Help! How can we restrict OWA so that only certain
users can log on?
