You are not running any other third party products, no ISAPIs, no special COM
components used by ASP at all?

ASP on its own shouldn't crash IIS out of the blue except maybe if you're being
attacked via ASP.

Hi David,
I m running ASP in my IIS. I've applied SP6a and its
hotfix, but still doesn't help at all. It's getting
