Help with IIS and patches

I installed Windows 2K Server. Installed SP2 and other
patches. I accidentally deleted Inetpub and now I
uninstalled IIS and re-installed it again just to restore
my Inetpub folder. Now my question, should I re-install
all SP2 and other patches that I previously installed?
