What's the error msg in event viewer ? anything special on IIS log ?

HI Michael and Lei,
I also encounter such these problems in my IIS4.0. It
gives Dr Watson error on Inetinfo.exe. Then i have to
start WWW Publishing service manually, however, sometimes
fails, saying that the service could not be started. Final
attempt is that i have to reset my web server.
Please advise
