Chunlei,

You may want to run SP3 for Windows 2000 if you already have not done so.
This will fix any missed matched dll's that you may have in the server.
If the services keep failing then we may need to debug the issue.
You will need to open an incident with us to help you reading the debug logs

Thank You

Dear Michael,

I just check, the status for FTP and World Wide Web Publishing
Services are nothing there. But I am pretty sure that I was able to
access the web early this morning. I am not too sure about the Inetinfo
or dllhost/mtx file, because I checked that after I restarted the
service. I don't see any errors in the application error log. But I do
see some error logs in the Systems log. But they are not related to
this problem at all. This happened after I have installed SP4 for my
exchange server. Could that be the problem?

Thanks for your help. Hopefully you can solve my problem.

Thanks,
Chunlei
