SSl and IIS 5

Hi,

I am trying to install an SSL cert on my IIS 5 box. I tried installing a
cert from both my own server and verisign, however when I try to access
anything ssl enabled the browser just hangs.

This is the only thing relevant in the event log.

The server certificate for instance '1' does not chain up to a trusted root
certificate.

I just installed SP3, it did not help.
