Hello Don,

How is your service accessing the certificate? Generally in this type of
config, the client certificate is installed into the personal store for the
user who installs it. If it works while logged in as UserA, does it work
when logged in as UserB? If not, then it's likely getting the certificate
from the personal store of UserA which would not be available to the
service when logged in as UserB.

Also, can you provide more detail about the error you're seeing?
