Try removing it through Add/Remove Windows Components. Control Panel ->
Add/Remove Programs -> Add/Remove Windows Components -> click the Internet
Information Services (IIS) line -> Details button -> deselect Internet
Services Manager (HTML).

If you're running IIS4, go into the NTOP installation program, choose
Add/Remove, and run through the same steps.
