Apache Patch?

We're moving our corporate intranet to a new server. Right
now, it's running on an Apache server, but the new one is
IIS.
Some of the files on this intranet are password protected.
Anyone know of a patch or a way to convert Apache security
commands to IIS, or am I going to have to rewrite
everything?
