Oracle SQL*Net Authentication

As per MS Article Q178391 and Q255084 , fix to Oracle SQL
NET authentication errors is to edit the file sqlnet.ora
as follows.

SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES = (none)
SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION = (none)

I am interested in knowing if there are any adverse
security implications on an intranet server running
Windows 2000 and IIS 5 if you implement the above fix.
