I just read an article about digital certificates, I'm
assuming that's what you meant by a "cert" right?
If so, do I have to pay for one?
I know there is a wizzard that guides you through the
process in IIS. But the article mentions about a digital
certificate authority, like verisign, do I have to pay
them for the cert?

Thanks for your help.
