Hi all,
I had a question about requesting a digital certificate from a third part
vendor for an IIS server on Win2K platform.
I have a test server setup with an ASP application running smoothly. I
haven't created a "live" server yet but I know the FQDN ( fully qualified
domain name) of the machine that will host this application. Can this be
that I generate the certificate request from the test server, put in the
FQDN of the live server and submit it to the certification authority? Has
anyone tried that?
Imran
