Authentication..?

Hi all,

What does this means?

"The web server does not appear to have any
authentication methods enabled. The server has asked for
user authentication, but did not send a WWW-authenticate
header."

And also if try to browse localhost or the server name,
from the server, I only get: "The page cannot be found".
