Hi Jame,

If you noticed that the problem started occurring after you setup SSL in
IIS, what probably happened is you bound the SSL port to the same port as
TCP. Remember, you need to make your SSL port different than your TCP
port. For example, a "standard" configuration will have TCP listening on
port 80, and SSL on 443.
